Description:

These round feeders are 8' in diameter and are slightly tapered. We taper them to increase the strength and also to allow them to stack like papercups making them slightly better for transporting.

The rings are made of one piece of 1.25" X.100" hss bent around in a 9 sided polygon. The uprights are of 1" X.100 hss welded on the diamond for better strength. They are very strong yet light enough that one person can move them by themselves.

These units are fully welded and have proven to be very durable. The feet on the first couple of batches have started to fall off when yanked from the frozen mud with a loader but future units will be built with additional support in the form of a gusset.

These units have lasted longer than twice the lifespan than their 3 piece bolted together counterparts and are still going.
